| | Most of the problems can be resolved by power cycling. STB power cycling means removing the main supply cord from the socket and reinserting it after few seconds. |

|  | Please check if the channel is available in the opted package. |  | If the channel is available in your base pack then please check for your recharge date, if expired then recharge and keep the Set Top Box on 550. |  | If the payment is made and problem still persists, then Power Cycle the STB. |  | Incase the problem lingers, call dishtv customer care & request for re-activation. |  | To gain access to the channel which is not in the package, please call customer care and subscribe for the same. |
