“In accordance with the direction of Competition Commission of India, given in its order under Section 31
(1) of the Competition Act, 2002, in the case relating to amalgamation of Videocon d2h Limited (Videocon
d2h) with and into Dish TV India Limited (Dish TV) (bearing Combination Registration No.- C-2016/12/463),
Dish TV and Videocon d2h Limited shall bear the following costs till 11th August 2022”:
the cost of realigning and re-configuring the receiving antenna installed at customers’ premises, in
case the Parties decide to surrender either of the transponders
leased by Dish TV and Videocon d2h (as the case may be), so to make it compatible with the
transponders that may be retained by the resultant/ amalgamated entity; and
the cost of antenna of the customer and/or set top box which may be required to be changed as a result of the combination between Dish TV and Videocon d2h.
