The Dish SMRT Stick is a USB Wi-Fi dongle which provides our subscribers access to a world of OTT apps and a huge library of curated online videos, Catch-Up TV shows, Web-series.
How do I access this service?
To access this service, the subscriber needs to connect his Dish NXT HD set-top box to available Wi-Fi network or mobile hotspot through Dish SMRT Stick. SMRT Stick is connected into USB port of set-top box.
How do I buy the Dish SMRT Stick?
To pre-book Dish SMRT Stick, please leave your details on DishTV website (www.dishtv.in) and we’ll contact with the next steps. Our installation team will schedule a visit to your home and set-up the service for you.
What do I pay for the installation?
Dish SMRT Stick will be priced at Rs 599 with a free preview of 6 months. No installation charges apply.

There is a 6 month warranty for the Dish SMRT Stick and for any failure, the device will be replaced.
What happens after the warranty period is over?
After the warranty period in case of any issues, the customer will have to purchase a new Dish SMRT Stick.

There is a 6 month warranty for the SMRT Stick and for any failure, the device will be replaced. SMRT Stick is not covered as a part of the STB warranty issued by Dish TV.

Watcho, Hungama Play, AltBalaji, ZEE5, SonyLiv are available on our platform. Apart from this, we also have a lot on online videos available from YouTube under most watched categories such as Entertainment, Kids video, etc.
How do I login and subscribe to these apps?
Most of the applications freemium model, where a major section is available for Free. However for premium videos, games etc within a specific app you will need to use your existing subscription or buy subscription if you don’t have.
