VZY is looking for a conceptually strong and visually sharp Graphic Designer to join our creative team.

This is a hands-on, digital-first role where you’ll work across App, Performance Marketing, CLM & Social Media—turning briefs into creative work that is not just beautiful, but effective.

🚀 What You’ll Do

Create digital creatives for App, Performance Marketing, CLM & Social Media
Develop visual concepts for campaigns, launches, offers & product communication
Design banners, notifications, landing-page assets, social posts, carousels & stories
Create conversion-oriented performance creatives
Build cohesive visual systems, templates & design assets

🎯 What We’re Looking For

Strong understanding of visual design, typography, composition, colour & layout
Strong conceptual thinking with excellent execution skills
Experience designing for digital platforms & social media
Ability to work across brand-led and performance-led creatives
Fast learner with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-output environment
Strong communication and collaboration skills

🛠️Tools & AI

· Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite is expected

Role Summary –

The Area Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales, expanding market share, and managing channel partners across the assigned territory for the Small Home Appliances category. The role involves achieving sales targets, developing distributor and dealer networks, ensuring excellent market execution, and strengthening brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
Appoint, develop, and manage distributors, dealers, and retail partners.
Expand market reach by identifying new business opportunities and increasing product penetration.
Drive primary and secondary sales while ensuring healthy inventory levels.
Monitor sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
Plan and execute promotional activities, product launches, and trade marketing initiatives.
Ensure product availability and visibility across retail outlets.
Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
Resolve channel partner issues related to supply, pricing, and service.
Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and service teams for seamless operations.
Prepare sales forecasts, territory reports, and MIS on a regular basis.

Lead and motivate Sales Officers/Sales Executives within the territory.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience in Small Home Appliances, Consumer Durables, Electrical Appliances.
Proven experience in channel sales and distributor management.
Strong understanding of the retail and distribution ecosystem.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Ability to analyze sales data and develop territory growth plans.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
