1. Eligibility: The Maalamaal Cashback Offer (“Offer”) is a limited period offer applicable to on purchase of a new Dish TV DTH connection.

2. The Maalamaal Cashback Offers are: 

i. Upon purchase of a new Dish TV DTH connection (including Antenna) and payment of Rs.3,600, the Customer will be eligible for a cashback benefit of up to Rs.3,600, subject to the applicable Offer terms and conditions.

ii. Upon purchase of a new Dish TV DTH connection (without Antenna) and payment of Rs.3,100, the Customer will be eligible for a cashback benefit of up to Rs. 3,600, subject to the applicable Offer terms and conditions.

iii. Upon purchase of a new Dish TV DTH connection (with Antenna) and payment of Rs.2,599, the Customer will be eligible for a cashback benefit of up to Rs. 3,600, (with Rs.1000 as Instant Cashback out of total cashback of Rs.3600) subject to the applicable Offer terms and conditions.

iv. Upon purchase of a new Dish TV DTH connection (without Antenna) and payment of Rs.1,999, the Customer will be eligible for a cashback benefit of up to Rs. 3,600, (with Rs.1000 as Instant Cashback out of total cashback of Rs.3600) subject to the applicable Offer terms and conditions.

3. Term of Cashback Benefit & Cashback Redemption

i. Instant Cashback: A portion of the eligible cashback will be credited instantly (as per the Offer availed) to the customer’s DTH Wallet upon activation of the applicable Offer, as specified under the Offer terms. The remaining eligible cashback amount (“Balance Cashback”) will be credited to the Customer’s Cashback Wallet as per the terms herein.

ii. Utilisation of Balance Cashback: The Balance Cashback available in the Customer’s Cashback Wallet will be redeemed against subsequent eligible recharges until the entire eligible cashback benefit is utilized. 

iii. Minimum Recharge Requirement: To avail the Balance Cashback benefit, the Customer must make a subsequent recharge of Rs. 200 or such other minimum recharge amount as may be prescribed by the Company from time to time in accordance with its prevailing policies.

iv. Applicable Cashback Benefit: On each eligible subsequent recharge, the Customer will receive cashback from the available Balance Cashback based on the applicable cashback percentage communicated to the Customer under the Offer. 

v. Credit of Cashback: The applicable cashback amount will be credited to the Customer’s DTH account, subject to the Customer making an eligible recharge and the availability of Balance Cashback in the Cashback Wallet.

vi. The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, amend or revise the applicable cashback redemption percentage for subsequent recharges, the minimum recharge amount, and/or any other terms and conditions of the Offer from time to time, in accordance with its prevailing policies, without any prior notice to the Customer.

vii. The customer must pay the full applicable recharge amount in a single transaction to avail the balance cashback.

viii. The Cashback balance, cashback utilized and recharge details will be reflected in the customer’s DishTV account.

ix. Customers can view the status of cashback credited and utilized under the “Cashback Statement” section of their account on the website/app.

x. The cashback can be redeemed against any SD, HD or Hybrid pack selected by the customer.

4. Other Benefits under the Offer: 

i. Customers availing this Offer will also be eligible for a 3-year service warranty. Service Warranty is subject to the service policy of the Company (1st year – Technician visit+ STB Alignment @no cost, 2nd & 3rd year- only technician visits @no cost).

ii. Any SD/HD/Hybrid pack can be availed against the cashback balance which if subscribed at a recharge amount of >= Rs.200/- makes the customer eligible for “Dishtv SMART”+ (a combined service/offer of OTT Apps & TV channels). Availability of OTT 6 OTT Apps is subject to recharge amount >= Rs.200/-. Availability of OTT Apps shall be at the discretion of the Company.

5. Other Terms & Conditions

i. Limited period offer. All Prices is exclusive of GST. 

ii. This Offer cannot be combined with or clubbed with any other offer of the Company.

iii. For the purpose of this Offer, a “month” means a period of 30 days.

iv. The Offer is subject to applicable terms, conditions and eligibility criteria prescribed by the Company.

v. The Company reserves the right to modify, amend, suspend or withdraw the Offer or any of its terms and conditions at its sole discretion, without prior notice.

vi. In case of any dispute, the decision of the Company shall be final and binding, subject to applicable law.

Channel count includes channels, services & DD Direct Plus channels. DD Direct Plus Channels count may increase or decrease, on which company does not have any control. Channels count do not include any pay channels.

In case the customer wishes to opt for any pay channels, s/he shall be required to pay applicable charges as per the policy of the company. Offers cannot be clubbed with any other offers /scheme. Standard warranty & service terms shall apply as per company policy.
