Customers opting for a Box Upgrade shall have the choice to select a Hybrid HD Pack as per the available options outlined in the applicable pack grid.
The Customer may choose only a Hybrid HD Pack with the same or higher FMR (Monthly Rental Fee) compared to their existing pack. Selection of Hybrid packs with lower FMR than the current pack is not permitted.
Free First Month Offer
The first month’s subscription fees for the selected new Hybrid HD Pack shall be provided free of charge.
After 30 days from activation, subject to the Customer’s explicit consent recorded in the system, the Pack will be converted to a full-price subscription at the prevailing monthly rental rate.
In the absence of Customer consent within the 30-day period, the Customer’s previous pack shall be re-activated automatically without charging for the new pack.
30-Day Lock-In Period
From the date of activation of the new pack, a lock-in period of 30 days shall apply during which the Customer shall not be allowed to change the Base Pack. However, the Customer shall be permitted to make changes/additions in Add-ons, A la carte channels, Bouquets, VAS (Value Added Services.
Pack Provisioning - The provisioning of the selected Hybrid HD Pack shall be completed upon successful activation following the Box Upgrade.
