Alternatively, you can login to your account on DishTV consumer website or the My DishTV mobile app to check your monthly recharge amount.
How do I check the details of my past recharges?
You can login to your account on DishTV consumer website and go to
Payment details section in the left panel or you can go to the recharge screen-> Recent payments, on My DishTV mobile app.
I have recharged on wrong account, what do I do now?
No problem. Follow these steps to report this to us:
- Go to Self-help centre
- Select help category Payment and billing related-> Payment made on wrong VC – Amount transfer
- Fill out the form shown with required details and submit.
- We will get in touch with you and soon resolve your issue.
I have not received any confirmation for my recharge, what do I do now?
Wait for an hour as sometimes due to network congestion SMS or WhatsApp confirmation can get delayed. Meanwhile check if your services have resumed. If you still don’t get a confirmation and service also didn’t resume, follow these steps:
- Go to Self-help centre
- Select help category Payment and billing related Recharged online – Amount not received or Recharged through dealer – Amount not received (as per your case).
- Fill out the form shown with required details and submit.

Which is the cheapest Dish TV recharge plan?
There are several cost-effective Dish TV DTH recharge plans for you to choose from. Take this for an example: the most basic package you can opt for is the Classic Hindi Pack for INR 16 (NCF and taxes extra). It has eight (8) pay channels. All those looking for something more comprehensive, can opt for the Bharat Prime Pack worth INR 46 (NCF and taxes extra), which has 23 pay channels.

I can’t recharge by DishTV connection immediately. Can I get an extension in the switch-off date?
Yes, you can get a 3 day extension in your switch-off date in case you are not able to recharge your DishTV connection. For this, you can opt for our “Pay Later” service. By opting for this service, your services will not be discontinued for 3 extra days and you can recharge your account during this time.
What are the charges for Pay Later service?
There is a nominal monthly subscription charge of Rs. 10. Over and above this, you will also be charged an amount equivalent to your single day subscription charge (as per your opted pack). Consider this example:
If your monthly recharge amount is Rs. 300. You will be charged Rs. 300/30 days = Rs. 10 for running Pay Later service for 1 day. So if you run on Pay Later for 3 days, it will be Rs 10 x 3 days = Rs. 30 plus the monthly service subscription amount of Rs. 10. Thus in total you will be charged Rs. 30 + Rs. 10 = Rs. 40.
Do I need to pay any charges in case I recharge the connection after de-activation and if I haven’t availed for Pay Later service?
You will not be charged any extra amount if you recharge within 3 days after your due date when your account is deactivated because of non-payment of the subscription fee. After 3 days, you will be charged a nominal fee of Rs. 25. This helps us cover the cost of maintaining your connection for while it was de-active.
